In a recent tender, an S.C subsidiary company, Tronway Changzhou Co., Ltd. The success in winning the tender marks that the Tronway products, 6/8 Inch Batch-Type & Single Wafer Automatic Wet Etching/Cleaning Tools, have already covered all sections of SiC device etching & cleaningprocesses and are capable of replacing foreign equipment. Since its establishment in 2020, relying on S.C Group to share talents and technologies, Tronway focuses on integrating wet process technologies and resources of our country and other countries, and introducing expert teams from South Korea, Japan, etc. By always trying to overcome difficulties, and innovating independently, Tronway has achieved remarkable results.
